Mugs, Balls and More

Kiln Dried & Pad Printing are used for printing on glassware, ceramic mugs, balls, business card holders and other curved surfaces. Great for creating your own company’s specialty items, awards, and keepsakes. Pad printing is best for longer runs. Kiln dried inks on glass are more durable. However, kiln dried glass is heated to where tempered glass loses its hardened safety feature, returning to its original brittle state.

One client was going to pay $25 per glass trophy to have them sand etched. By utilizing a kiln dried method, dberkeygroup saved them $20 per item. As the trophies were not items to be handled often, usually placed in a showcase of shelf, the loss of any tempered conditioning was not deemed a problem.
